Shipping & Handling

The lead time for shipping is 3 weeks. Every piece is made to order and hand-crafted just for you! If you have any questions, regarding lead time please contact us before ordering at:

Every order is shipped via USPS and can take 2-5 business days once shipped to arrive domestically (international shipping varies at this time). Please double check your shipping address when placing an order online. We are not responsible for unreceived shipments if the customer listed the wrong address. 

Canceling an Order

Don’t sweat it! If you need to cancel an order just email us within 3 days of placing your order.

How can I find my ring size?

The best idea is to visit your local jeweler and ask them to size you.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

We request that you allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. All products must be returned in their original condition.

You will be need to pay for shipping if you return your item, unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We recommend shipping all items through UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

How do I care for my jewelry?

The metals I use do not tarnish. However, after extended wear, they can get dirty! We suggest you soak your item in a warm, soapy solution for a half hour. Then, use a toothbrush to carefully remove any dirt or debris (especially behind any gems!)
